Q2: We care more about quality. How can we trust you to control quality?
A: First of all, in terms of the quality of the raw materials, we will buy large companies, they can provide us with certificates,and then every time the raw materials come back we will test them. Secondly, we will provide the detailed production report of our factory from Monday every week. That means you have one eye in our factory. Third, we welcome you to visit and test the quality. Or please SGS or TUV inspection. If the order is over $50,000, we will cover the cost. Fourth, we have our own IS09001, CE and TUVcertificates. We can trust each other.
Q3: What are your terms of trade?
A: We can accept D/A within 30 days or 60 days. If your company is a real company, you can trust it. Our usual terms of payment are 30% by T/T as down payment and 70% by T/T against copy of B/L. We offer a discount for large orders.
Q4: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we are welcome to make samples for you to check the quality.
Q5: What about delivery time?
A: One week for samples, and 1-4 weeks for mass production depending on the order quantity.
Q6: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum quantity of an order is 100 pieces.
Q7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, fedex or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Air and sea are also optional.
Q8: How do I handle the fault?
A: First of all, our products are manufactured in a strict quality control system. The defect rate will be less than 2%. Secondly, during the warranty period, we will repair and resend the defective batches to you, or discuss solutions including recall according to the actual situation.
